Robert Clark
Robert has a proven track record of delivering successful executive search outcomes in UK, European and North American markets. He has over 20 years in People & Culture and Technology and AI search. This work has been delivered across technology-first organisations, predominantly in fintech, deeptech, regtech, trading technology, techbio, digital health, and healthcare/life science.
Robert has been instrumental in developing and delivering Fimador’s embedded and project recruitment solution, specifically tailored to meet the needs of start-up and scale-up technology and techbio companies. This agile staffing solution has proven crucial in supporting firms' successful scaling within the start-up ecosystem.
When not at work, Robert enjoys keeping fit, football (watching his son play - too old to play now!), rugby, mountain biking, outdoor pursuits, and spending time with his family.

Celine Clark
With over twenty years of expertise in executive search and strategic recruitment at Fimador, Celine specialises in helping organisations build high-performing HR capabilities. Her extensive experience spans building entire People functions across all levels, partnering with businesses to recruit permanent leaders and interim specialists in Strategic & Operational HR - including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Reward - as well as Organisational Growth & Change, covering L&D, Talent Management, OD, HR Transformation, and Programme Management.
Driven by a "family first" philosophy and a passion for the human side of HR, she approaches every partnership with collaboration, kindness, and authentic relationship-building. Outside of her executive search work, Celine mentors early-career professionals and regularly volunteers with local elderly communities by hosting tea parties to foster connection and combat loneliness. In her personal time, she enjoys travelling, reading, staying fit, and spending time with family and friends - often suggesting a "walk and talk" alongside her dog, Juno.

Niall has over a decade of recruitment and executive search covering the UK, Europe and North American markets. This has been delivered across technology-first organisations, including fintech, capital markets and trading technology, regtech, aviationTech, travelTech and techbio/life sciences. His expertise lies in delivering exceptional technology staff across interim and permanent recruitment, spanning various niches including DevOps, Data, AI, Architecture, Engineering and Digital. Niall has also been a passionate advocate in contributing to embedded startup recruitment and staffing projects.
Notably, Niall has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing senior staffing strategies for private billion $bn businesses to listed firms as well as providing clear technical direction to start-up and scale up organisations undergoing rapid expansion.
Outside of work, Niall enjoys travelling with his son on expeditions to find new train journeys, as well as actively keeping fit and getting lost in exciting books.
